"Riyadh Airports" Celebrates the 57th National Day of The State of Kuwait at King Khalid International Airport

“Riyadh Airports” launched the new Lost & Found offices at the international terminals 1 & 2 at King Khalid International Airport, as part of its strategic plans to enhance the passenger experience through the capital airport and to provide the best services to the passengers.

“Riyadh Airports” revealed that the offices were equipped with the latest technical solutions, where a specialized electronic system was adopted which is able to read and identify the missing items through an integrated database, in order to ensure the integration of all stakeholders at King Khalid International Airport.

The Lost & Found offices provide a wide range of services including registering, receiving, and reporting lost items, as well as contacting its owners and keeping the items until the owner receives it from the offices. All Lost & Found offices are working 24/7, which is managed by an integrated team of Saudi cadres that are trained to handle all lost items matters in a very professional manner.

In order to find an integrated mechanism for lost items through all available channels of the company, “Riyadh Airports” pointed out that all passengers can inquire at any time about their lost items by calling the company's unified number (920020090).

“Riyadh Airports” Company, which manages and operates King Khalid International Airport, intends to continue to launch a package of services that will facilitate and enhance the passengers’ experience by offering a wide range of unique services.
